On June 22, 2010, COSPAR's Panel on Exploration (PEX) published a report titled "Toward a Global Space Exploration Programme: A Stepping Stone Approach" (lead editor: Pascale Ehrenfreund). The 80 page report includes a chapter on legal aspects which the IISL has contributed.
