2012 Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition

The World Finals were held on 4 October 2012 at the Palazzo du Mesnil of the Università degli studi di Napoli 'lOrientale', Naples, Italy.

The 2012 problem was the Case concerning On-orbit Collision, Non-cooperative Satellite Removal, and Damages (Verona v. Montague), written by James Rendleman (USA). .
