The IISL General Assembly in Jerusalem agreed to amend article 3.4 of the IISL Bylaws. This proposal concerns the transition from Prospective membership to Individual membership and aims to provide additional clarity to the process, based on experience with the new statutes and bylaws since their adoption in 2012.
